Jet was invited to his very first birthday party this past Sunday. Belli is super cute and she's the niece of J's best friend! The party was very fun indeed with Jet leaving a massive poopy explosion all over his cloth (sorry TMI); kids birthday party suddenly have more meaning and more fun to attend! Yay!

Jet and Abby, friends since they're inside their mommy's tummy! :) Yvonne and I have been carpooling to work together, PREGNANT!
Yeah? Can you imagine? Our long drive, traffic commute to work had been fun; we talked a lot about pregnancy, cravings, and of course we vent together throughout crazy LA traffic!
Abby is 7 weeks older than Jet and she came by the first week Jet was born.

This little buddy made me a momma on Feb 28 and my life will never the same again! :)
After 22 hours of labor, we finally got to meet Jet...we fell in love instantly...he's the cutest thing (I am biased) in the world but I would be lying if I said everything was perfect because it's not at first.
I literally felt like I was hit by a truck that first two weeks we brought him home from hospital! Being a new parent, being a mom...whoa...you are 1000% responsible of his well-being, what to do? Do we do good?
Thank goodness for our family who have been there for us especially my lovely mother. It really makes you love your parents more once you become one yourself.
Jet is 3 weeks old today and life has been so much better with him now. We're so blessed to have him in our lives.

It's been a while since I shopped for myself, well other than maternity clothes, I've been buying baby stuff ever since we found out we're pregnant. The little one inside my tummy is already the center of my universe! Ha! :)
It took me quite a while to find a diaper bag that I'd love to carry or can use as my purse as well. I was so happy when I finally found this bag! Love it so much, I felt like a piece of old me came back...

We're waiting and still waiting for our little boy to make an apperance anydays now...
I have to admit...it's tough and certainly not easy but I am trying to soak up this free time as much as I can...do whatever I want because didn't they all say? Once the baby is here...your life to yourself is pretty much over...ha! :)
I woke up this morning, wanting to eat french toast, good thing I have the thick bread, fresh strawberries and this awesome maple syrup that a dear friend bought for us from Canada.
